1.1 Information We Collect
While using our Service, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. We maintain and process Customers' emails, which may contain third party Personal Information, for the purposes of providing and improving our Service to our Customers and developing new services. We use Personal Information submitted by Visitors and Customers, which may include third party Personal Information, pursuant to any applicable written agreement, including but not limited to our Terms of Service.

If you believe we maintain or process your Personal Information on behalf of a Customer, and you wish to request to access, correct, amend, delete, limit use, or limit disclosure of your Personal Information submitted by a Customer, please provide the name of the Customer (data controller) who submitted your Personal Information to us. Because our employees have limited ability to access data submitted by Customers, we will refer your request to that Customer, and we will support that Customer in responding to your request within 30 days.

5. Purpose Limitation
The use of information submitted by Customers through our Service shall be limited to the purpose of providing the services requested by the Customer who submitted the information. We may retain a Visitor's information as long as needed for purposes of marketing and sales of our Service to the Visitor. We will retain information submitted by a Customer, including any third party Personal Information, for as long as needed to provide our Service. We will retain and use information as long as necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

12. Privacy Shield Notice

12.3 Purpose Limitation and Data Retention
We retain and limit the use of EU and Swiss Personal Data as set forth above in Section 5, unless erasure is requested sooner by our Customer, as data controller, or by an individual data subject. Siftrock periodically updates, deletes, or archives incorrect or out of date Personal Data.

12.4 Security
We protect the security of EU and Swiss Personal Data as set forth above in Section 7.

12.5 Onward Transfer
We act as a data processor for Customers and are responsible for the processing of EU and Swiss Personal Data, under the Privacy Shield framework, and for subsequent transfers to third parties acting as an agent on our behalf. We maintain contracts with these third parties restricting their access, use, and disclosure of personal data in compliance with our Privacy Shield obligations. We comply with the Privacy Shield Principles for all onward transfers of EU and Swiss Personal Data, and acknowledge that we may be liable in the transfer of such data.

12.6 Sensitive Data
We do not disclose sensitive data, which includes information regarding race, ethnicity, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, trade union membership, genetic data, biometric data, and data concerning health, sex life or sexual orientation, to third parties, except for those third parties acting as an agent to perform tasks on our behalf and with whom we maintain contracts.

12.7 Access and Choice
We are committed to respecting the rights EU and Swiss individuals have to access, amend or delete Personal Data about them, and to limit the use and disclosure of their Personal Data. 12.8 Recourse; Enforcement; Liability
